TEAM is going ONLINE! - 3/23/21

AGENDA:

• TEAM Staff page – a new place to hold everything you need
• TEAMS – making its grand opening
• Where’s the T drive been lately?
• Apps Online – That’s right its happening – now.

SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT TOPICS:

• The TEAM Staff Page has launched! You will receive an invite email and you need to create your own account. This will link you to everything you need to be successful in your position.
• We all need to start using Teams! Everyone's email login will work for Microsoft Teams. Say goodbye to Zoom and mass email messages. Your supervisors will begin reaching out to you via Teams. We encourage all employees to begin using the platform. Soon enough it will be expected that you are using this daily. 
• The T-Drive is moving to One Drive on April 1st! The PROPERTY FOLDERS (CURRENT) files will all be moved to the shared One Drive on April 1st, 2021. They will no longer be available on the T-Drive after that. You should also start removing your files in your employee folder off of the T-Drive and into your own One Drive. Soon, the T-Drive will be completely phased out of everyday use.
  
• Yardi online applications and recertifications are starting April 1st too! There are already some property links on the website in your "My Account" when you log into the TEAM Staff page. When your property appears, you will need to begin using the program for all applications and recerts. Please review the instructional materials on the TEAM Training Center!
