NEW APPLICANTS / HOW TO APPLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Applicants can now apply for TEAM Management properties completely online!
TO GET STARTED: 1.) View List of ALL TEAM Management Properties (Based on Property Type) 2.) Click on the property you are interested in applying for, Click on the "Applicant Login" button to create a new Rent Café account and/or Login (if you already have an existing account) and then once logged you, please complete the Waiting List Application. PLEASE NOTE: If you want to complete Waiting list applications for multiple properties you must complete them separately directly from each property website. |
Once on the website page of the property you would like to apply for, You will see two buttons on the left side of the page Applicants and Residents
FOR NEW APPLICANTS - CLICK ON APPLICANTS BUTTON FROM PROPERTY WEBSITE
You will then be taken to Rent Café to either Create a new account or or Login to an Existing Rent Cafe Account that you previously created with your email
Once logged in: You will be able to complete the Waiting List Application Application.

RENT CAFE INSTRUCTIONS:
If you DO NOT already have a Rent Café Account:
1.) Click "Register Now" and then select "I do not have a registration code"
2.) Follow the instructions to create a new account
3.) Login to Rent Café account and complete the Waiting List/Pre-Qualification Application

3.) When Waiting List Application is completed and your background/income is pre-qualified (Income limits do apply for some units), the Property Manager will then review and follow-up with you to let you know your spot on the waiting list and/or let you know when something comes available and your at the top of the waiting list.
4.) Once there is a unit available for you to apply for: Manager will contact you to instruct you to complete the second part of the application for the specific unit -- > At this time, you will also be instructed to Pay the Required $20.00 Background Credit Check Application Fee.
