Quick Links - PoliciesEmployee Health CareTEAM Management offers health care coverage through All Savers/United Health Care for all of its employees. Employees are eligible to apply 90 days after hire, or during the open enrollment period.
Health insurance pricing for 2024 is $499.29 per month. TEAM Management pays 70% of the premium costs for a single employee. The cost for employees is an annual amount of $1,797.48, which is divided by 26 pay periods annually. $149.79/mo. ($69.13 deduction each bi-wkly paycheck) Our plan DOES allow dependents to be added to the policy, but Employees must pay 100% of the difference for any spouse or children enrolled.
