To Apply for a property > From the list below, click on the link for the property you want to apply for to view the property's website >
From the property website Click the "Applicant Login" button, then register a Rent Café account, once registered you can submit a Waiting list Application to be considered for a unit at that specific property > Once there are units available, management will contact you to move forward and apply.

What is Section 8 / Senior Housing?
The program provides affordable apartment housing for elderly ages 62+, it requires the elderly participants of the program only have to pay 30% of their net income for rent, which allows seniors to live independently but in an environment that provides support.
