Income/Household Status: This property is part of the Section 8 and 202 program that offers rental homes to households with at least one disabled person and must qualify under Section 8 Subsidized income limits, which is meant for those earning no more than 30% of median income. Proof of your income is required when you fill out an application.

Previous History: We consider income, credit history, criminal history, and prior rental experience when reviewing rental applications.
