The tenants must pay a pet fee of $20 per pet, per month.

Birds, fish, and reptiles must be kept in a cage or aquarium.
The tenant must provide a sanitary indoor litter box for cats.
Proof of rabies vaccination and pet registration as required by law must be submitted with application as well as on an annual basis.
Pets must be leashed at all times and follow the rules of Eighteen87 on Water
Size Limit: No pet may exceed thirty-five (35) pounds in weight.
Number limit: No household may have more than (2) two pets at any time.
